- Corrections. A number that does not match the game, a mechanic described wrongly, a page that is out of date after a patch.
- Missing content. A question the site does not answer yet, especially if it is a decision you actually got stuck on.
- Takedown requests. If you hold rights to material used here and want it removed, say which file and it will be removed.
- Press and permissions. If you want to cite or translate a page, ask first; the answer is usually yes.
In your email
For a correction, the useful details are: the page URL, the game version you are running, and what you saw instead. A screenshot helps but is not required. Patches change numbers without changing tooltips, so the version is the single most useful thing you can send.
For a missing topic, describe the decision you were trying to make rather than the keyword you searched. "I could not work out whether to upgrade a water outpost before or after building a route" is more useful than "trade routes".
Reply times
Replies usually take a few days. The site is run by one person alongside other work, and there is no support queue.
There is no official support here. For a bug, a crash or an account problem, use Paradox's support channels or the Steam forums; this site cannot fix the game and cannot escalate to the developer.
Privacy
Emails sent to this address are used to answer you and to fix the site. They are not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared. The privacy policy covers the analytics and advertising side of the site.
